Are you thinking about taking a tour of one of the most popular European destinations known as Spain? I have bulleted some Spain travel information that will give you a better idea for how to plan a trip for this summer and where to go when there:
- Fair weather is almost guaranteed during late spring (now) or late summer. Madrid, Seville or Cordoba is very hot along with other inland destinations during high summer times.
- August traveling may be disappointing for the any visiting the large cities because many shops and restaurants close down because of the weather. There will be less congested streets during this time though.
- Costa del Sol and other Mediterranean hotspots should be avoided if crowds aren’t preferred during late summer.
- Be aware that Spain uses the euro for currency. Banks close early on Saturdays and aren’t open on Sunday.
- When booking multiple flights within Spain or Spain travel package the best way to get a workable itinerary is through a Spain travel agent.
- Electrical sockets in Spain are the continental type with two circular prongs for those interested in charging anything.
